Overview
Grant House is a Residential care service for older adults and we are looking for suitably experienced, qualified, flexible and committed individuals to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
 * Support individuals with the full range of daily living activities, daily personal care and welfare of residents.
 * Key-Worker responsibilities and shift lead for health & safety of residents and the building.
 * Administer prescribed medication, complete audits and devise care plans.
Requirements
 * Demonstrate awareness of the complex physical, mental and emotional needs of older adults and respond in an enabling way.
 * Experience of working in a care setting; demonstrate good teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
 * Must be able to work shifts on a rotational basis.
 * SVQ 3 is desirable but training will be given.
