Conveyancer | Bury | Full Time | £25,000-£35,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.
They pride themselves on delivering tailored legal solutions and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and results.
In this role, you'll take the lead in handling a range of residential property transactions. You'll oversee the full conveyancing process with confidence, care, and attention to detail.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Previous conveyancing experience is essential
* Must be capable of handling:
o Sales
o Purchases
o Remortgages
o Ideally, transfers of equity
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from start to finish
* Must be comfortable working autonomously, though support is available
* Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Effective communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
What will your role look like?
* Conducting property searches and due diligence
* Drafting contracts and other legal documents
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction
* Providing expert advice on property law and regulations
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements
