Overview
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including participation in bank holidays and weekend working. The exact working pattern will be agreed upon at the time of the appointment.
Responsibilities
* Manage a clinical caseload of stroke patients.
* Lead and mentor Band 4 Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation Assistants.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, and the Living Well After Stroke Team.
Some experience in stroke care is desirable, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in supporting the development of the stroke service and ensuring high-quality care across the county. You will be supported by the Band 6 Occupational Therapy team and a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist, with access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
