As a People Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on all things HR on site. You'll work closely with the People Manager, lead a small team of People Assistants, and play a key part in building a workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. This is a site based positions, in the heart of the action. You will predominantly work Monday - Friday, however flexibility will be required to support our site on some weekends and late shifts. Click here. About You You're confident, people savvy, and ready to get stuck in, You can juggle the fast pace of distribution with the calm, considered approach of a true HR pro.
