Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 (M1-UPS3) + £5,873 TLR 2B

The Role
As Programme Leader of Religious Studies, you will:
* Lead and manage the Religious Studies curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Inspire and motivate students to engage deeply with philosophical, ethical, and cultural topics
* Drive high standards of teaching and learning within the department
* Support and develop colleagues through effective leadership and coachingContribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for Religious Studies
* Proven ability to teach across secondary age ranges
* Experience in curriculum leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role
* Commitment to inclusive education and student achievement
