Front of House Supervisor Ideal Profile:
Experience in a Front of House supervisory or senior service role within hospitality
Confident leading service while remaining hands on and visible to both guests and team
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, support and motivate others
Naturally organised with a calm and professional approach during busy services
Passionate about guest experience and delivering thoughtful, personalised service
Comfortable supporting training, standards and daily team coordination
Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily Front of House operations to ensure smooth and consistent service
Leading shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and presentation
Acting as a main point of contact for guests and supporting their overall experience
Supporting the training and development of Front of House team members
Assisting with rotas, service planning and team organisation
Working closely with management and wider teams to ensure seamless service delivery
