We are looking for a kind, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our cheerful young son both at home and out in the community.
He’s a happy, smiley boy with a huge grin and an infectious laugh that lights up the room. He loves to giggle with his sister during playtime, build with his toys and blocks, sing along to his favourite tunes, and watch episodes of Peppa Pig.
The role is primarily for weekends—ideally Saturdays—with flexibility for additional hours or weekdays during school holidays. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a lovely young boy in his day-to-day enjoyment and development through play, companionship, and gentle encouragement.

Duties include:
- Personal grooming
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Moving and handling
- Other relevant duties as required
- Companionship
- Dressing / undressing
- Bathroom assistance
- Helping our son to mobilise or lift into his chair or buggy
- Encouraging him to drink
Candidate qualities:
- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Honest and cheerful
- Creative
- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
- Must be comfortable with pets
- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
Additional requirements
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
