Business Development Executive - Healthcare

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join the Access family as Business Development Executives in Healthcare. Our focus is on growth, personal development, and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.

About you:

* A motivated self-starter who excels in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
* Passionate about making an impact in healthcare, with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable engaging with NHS and healthcare stakeholders, with or without prior healthcare experience.
* Energized by front-line sales activities, from prospect research to booking meetings.
* Proactive, organized, and adept at using CRM tools to manage outreach and pipelines.
* Open to feedback, collaborative, and eager to improve continuously.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Researching healthcare organizations to understand their needs.
* Engaging stakeholders through outbound outreach to create opportunities.
* Booking high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records.
* Collaborating with marketing on campaign follow-ups and inbound leads.
* Participating in coaching sessions and sharing market insights.
* Contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Ideal skills and experience:

* Experience in lead generation, sales development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Comfort with cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
* Strong organization and pipeline management skills.
* Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and a team player.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is a plus, but not required.
