The Field Sales Advisor is the friendly face of Utilita, building trust with existing customers and welcoming new ones, showing how our Pro Plant and Pro Pocket approach makes energy easier, greener and more affordable.
Responsibilities
- Bring energy to life by showing customers how Utilita helps them save money, cut waste and stay in complete control of their usage.
- Get hands‑on with quick meter reads and keep customer details refreshed and accurate.
- Book smart‑meter installations that help households use less and save more.
- Have conversations that matter, building trust, solving problems, and offering real support that makes a genuine difference every day.
Qualifications
- Confident communication skills – comfortable approaching anyone, asking the right questions, handling objections and explaining things clearly.
- Great listening skills – understand what a customer really needs to earn their trust.
- Resilience and self‑motivation – thrive in a fast‑paced field sales environment.
- Natural ability to build rapport – make people feel at ease and create genuine connection quickly.
- Proficiency in using a tablet or handheld device for data entry and customer interaction.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude – take initiative and create opportunities.
