Your Role: Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons________________________________________�? Who We're Looking For: Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.) Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude* Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals? No school experience?
No problem!We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed and build confidence in the classroom.________________________________________?? What We Offer: Ongoing opportunities 3-5 days per week (term time only) Flexible roles to suit your schedule Competitive pay depending on experience and role Typical annual earnings between £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)________________________________________�?
