We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. Duties
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and safety barriers
* Moving, lifting, and positioning materials as required for various projects
* Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks by providing manual assistance
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
* Reporting any hazards or issues encountered during work to supervisors promptly
Experience
* Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not mandatory
* Good physical fitness with the ability to perform strenuous tasks over extended periods
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment is desirable
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
