Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager - RGN / RMN * Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home | Newcastle * £22.30 per hour | Circa £41,000 per annum * 3 x 8-hour shifts & 1 x 12-hour shift per week We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded Nursing & Residential Home in Newcastle. The home is purpose-built, modern, and boasts a Good CQC rating in all areas. You’ll be part of a caring and committed team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to elderly residents, including those with dementia and end-of-life needs. About the Role: As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily running of the home, supporting the Home Manager in leading the clinical and care teams. Your responsibilities will be primarily supernumerary, with hands-on clinical leadership as needed.
