The role
The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to expect from the role
* Support and motivate the in-store team daily to meet and exceed KPIs, exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
* Receive comprehensive training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert; collaborate with regional managers to develop your team’s potential
The successful candidate
Our store managers embody the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, confident in delivering an unforgettable in-store experience.
Experience with a leading brand or consumer products retail is preferred. Candidates may include senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking their next challenge. We value those who demonstrate our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
