Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Role
Reporting to the Risk Lead and Head of Risk (Offshore), the Senior Risk Analyst will take a leadership role in guiding project risk management activities across Offshore Directorate projects. They will ensure risks are thoughtfully identified, assessed, and mitigated. Collaborating closely with project teams, they will foster a supportive, inclusive environment to drive effective risk management processes and assist in programme-wide decision-making.
You Will
* Lead risk reviews proactively, maintain and update project risk registers, develop mitigation strategies, ensure high-quality risk data, and escalate critical risks for programme action.
* Monitor and analyse project risk exposure, identify emerging trends and challenges, prepare risk models for assessments, and coordinate risk analysis around key milestones.
* Coordinate comprehensive risk reporting, refine reporting processes, and ensure alignment with project cost and schedule considerations.
* Build strong relationships with Procurement, Commercial, Planning, Cost, and Project Management teams to ensure risk identification and analysis are integrated seamlessly.
* Own project risk data, ensure its accuracy, and drive system improvements for better insights.
You Have
* Proven experience in risk management or project services within large infrastructure investment programmes, with a solid understanding of risk management in complex capital projects.
* Expertise in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA), with knowledge of risk methods and tools across cost, schedule, and scope.
* Ability to clearly communicate risks to diverse stakeholders, translating complex issues into accessible insights and practical actions.
* Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with adaptability to shifting project demands while maintaining quality.
* Strong networking, coordination, and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach and pragmatic mindset to analyze challenges and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
