At Main Ridge West, we are passionate about offering the highest level of patient care in a friendly and supportive environment. We are a small but growing team and are now looking to expand by hiring an experienced and motivated Dental Nurse/Head Nurse to join us.
As a highly valued member of our team, you will help deliver outstanding care to our patients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant practice day-to-day.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone with at least in a busy setting who can fit into our highly motivated and ambitious team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
* Ensure adherence to decontamination processes in line with infection control guidelines
* Support the team in delivering high standards of patient care and maintaining clinical standards
* Use practice management software( Dentally) to manage patient appointments and other administrative duties
* Engage with patients at the front desk, providing exceptional communication and care
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience as a dental nurse, ideally in a busy practice environment
* Dentally software experience would be beneficial.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to enhance your skills and undertake further training when required
* Ability to work as part of a team and support the practice's high standards of care and patient service
* Willing to cover other locations(Holbeach, Gosberton, Pinchbeck)
