About the NPD Manager job
The purpose of your role will be to play a key role in driving product innovation and ensuring that bakery products align with market trends and company objectives.
Key tasks
* Oversee a small NPD team and the entire development process, from concept through to launch, ensuring projects meet time and cost specifications.
* Design and present new, innovative products while continuously improving or re-engineering existing ones to optimise performance and cost.
* Conduct market research to keep the business competitive and identify growth opportunities.
About You
* A strong passion for the food industry and baking, along with proven product development experience within a large-scale/commercial bakery, focusing on innovation and product stability (shelf life, texture, flavour enhancements).
* Excellent understanding of market trends.
