Business Development Manager – South East England
We’re recruiting a driven Business Development Manager to cover South East England, joining a growing business that specialises in luxury packaging for premium brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, building long-term relationships, and representing a high-quality product offering in the market.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will:
* Develop new business opportunities across South East England
* Sell bespoke, luxury packaging solutions to premium brands
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and customers
* Win new accounts and grow existing relationships
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery
* Act as a brand ambassador across the region
About You
You will ideally have:
* Proven experience in B2B business development or field sales
* Experience selling packaging, print, or luxury/premium products (preferred, not essential)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
* A full UK driving licence
