Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive, and supportive primary school in Erith. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support to thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.

2. Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.

3. Help to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.

4. Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.

5. Support the emotional wellbeing and personal development of children.

6. Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn).

7. A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.

8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
