Role Description
This role supports the smooth and compliant delivery of financial planning services through high-quality administrative and back-office support to advisers and clients. Responsibilities include submitting and managing new business and protection applications, liaising with providers for information and valuations, preparing client review documentation, handling Letters of Authority, maintaining key logs and reports, and supporting adviser payments and fee reconciliation. The role also involves responding to client and provider queries, maintaining accurate records on the back-office system, and ensuring all work is completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
The position requires at least one years experience in financial planning administration, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workloads independently while contributing to the wider support team and developing industry knowledge.
