Join our team of dedicated Rehabilitation Support Workers and embark on a journey of making a real difference in the lives of clients with a brain injury. This is an opportunity to provide support and rehabilitation that can empower & Rehabilitate lives. We're seeking compassionate support workers who are ready to be part of a supportive Team that will contribute to supporting clients either in Wrexham or Widnes. About Us:
Complex Case Management is a leading provider of tailored, person-centred care in the community across the Northwest.
· Essential Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience in care, particularly with clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), is essential.
· A compassionate, proactive, and motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
· A minimum of 2 years' experience ABI and personal care/Peg and stoma experience, ideally in a rehabilitation setting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must speak clear English, due to clients communication needs.
· A valid, clean full UK driving licence
· Enhanced DBS check required.
Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.00 per hour (Weekends), Sleep shifts £120.00
Overtime: £17.00 per hour
