Job Description:
WB Power Services is currently recruiting Generator Service Engineers. This is a superb opportunity for Generator Service Engineers to join the business during this rapid growth period. We are looking for driven and motivated engineers to support our team.

The Role
* Perform routine maintenance on diesel generator sets.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
* Troubleshoot control panel faults, including replacements if needed.
* Conduct load banking and mains failure testing on-site.
* Identify and procure parts for maintenance tasks.
* Update skills through training and development.
* Generate accurate reports and submit daily updates.
* Coordinate repairs and services efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with the internal service team.
The Person
* Time served as a generator engineer or NVQ level 3 qualification.
* Experience with generators is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of electronics and mechanical components.
* Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and overnight stays.
* Ability to work on-call when required.
* Ability to complete risk assessments.
* Experience in mobile engineering is a plus.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.

* Overtime pay after 40 hours.
* On-call standby pay of £200 per week, every 7 weeks.
