Responsibilities: We lead high-quality IT service delivery and provide senior technical expertise and escalation support. We resolve 2nd and 3rd line IT technical issues and escalate where appropriate. We support IT users at our Newcastle manufacturing site across desktop, backups, networking, Active Directory, email, and cloud platforms. We contribute to local and global projects, including Intune rollout, infrastructure modernisation, and technology migrations. We lead major incident resolutions, including P1 and P2 incidents, and coordinate across global teams and vendors. We ensure ITIL best practices are followed in day-to-day service delivery. We support and guide team members where needed. We work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain service quality.
