Responsibilities We are seeking a Quality Advisor to support our operations within the QHSE department. This role focuses on driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems ISO9001 & ISO17025 across various business units, practices, and disciplines. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy asking questions, and have an organized and proactive approach, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Review, update, and maintain the RINA (UK) Business Management System. Maintain the audit database and ensure actions are completed in accordance with procedures. Conduct internal audits and update the internal auditing system. Drive the completion of findings and corrective/preventative actions. Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ISO 17025 accreditation. Foster understanding of Quality and its benefits within the company. Provide support on quality issues to all areas of the business. Act as deputy for the QHSE Manager at Quality-related forums. Work closely with the wider QHSE team. Stay current on industry changes and innovations. Regularly review legislation, standards, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance. Produce regular Quality reports for the business. Assist in preparing and delivering Quality-related training. Liaise with internal and external customers, including certification and regulatory bodies. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant degree. ISO9001 and/or ISO17025 internal auditor certification. Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation. High level of competency in writing and maintaining professional documentation. Experience in delivering training. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to engage with people at all levels.
