Overview
We are seeking a Joiner/trainee Joiner to join our Company. The ideal candidates will possess a strong willingness to work and learn all aspects of joinery, or be experienced in various aspects of joinery and construction, demonstrating proficiency in both fabrication and assembly tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and a commitment to producing high-quality work, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various joinery tasks
* Occasionally carry out installations as part of a team.
* Engage in heavy lifting as required during the construction process
* Perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished products
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Skills
* Either already Proficient in joinery techniques and carpentry skills or willing to lear
* Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction
* A Practical Aptitude
* Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding work
* Driving Licence preferred but not essential
* Part-Time, Full Time or Flexi-time available
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential
