Offer description

Working pattern:

Varied shifts including early mornings from 5.30am, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support the local community through involvement in activities and events.
