People Experience Specialist – ISS UK & Ireland
Location: Canary Wharf, London or Weybridge, Surrey (Hybrid working)

In this role, you’ll manage and develop our Employee Listening programmes and People & Culture communications across the UK and Ireland. You’ll play a key role in fostering a more connected, informed, and motivated workforce.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide employee surveys, including annual engagement, onboarding, and exit surveys
* Analyse feedback and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
* Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, leadership updates, and employee campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal communications across the employee lifecycle
* Act as a trusted advisor on employee sentiment and engagement trends
* Support the development and delivery of initiatives across the employee experience
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications
* Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a creative and strategic mindset
* Proficiency in engagement and survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics) and communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Staffbase)
* Data analysis and reporting capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
* Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple projects
