Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for a permanent Head of Talent to join their team offering up to £85k + 10-20% bonus! You will take the lead in building a powerful, in-house recruitment engine and act as a strategic partner across the business. You'll drive top-tier hiring and influence their talent strategy at every stage as they continue to grow at pace.
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively managing the recruitment cycle for vacancies across the business.
2. Directly sourcing candidates for a range of positions, from executive level hires to junior graduate trainees.
3. Lead the existing Graduate Recruitment programme.
4. Liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to identify recruitment needs and support throughout each stage of the process.
5. Building effective relationships with recruitment agencies to assist with the identification of suitable candidates for roles.
6. Confidence and ability to effectively negotiate payment terms and rebate terms with external recruitment agencies.
7. Interviewing and communicating with candidates, as well drafting job descriptions and other media to support recruitment efforts.
