Specialist Night Care: Female Complex Care Assistant Beckton, London Location: Beckton, London Pay Rates: £19.02 - £21.48 per hour Shifts: Night Shifts Only 12 hours (8:00 PM 8:00 AM), Monday to Sunday availability. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Care Assistant with expertise in Tracheostomy and Ventilation care to provide dedicated night support to a young client with complex health needs in Beckton. This role requires clinical competence combined with a calm, reliable presence overnight. Your Essential Clinical Expertise This specialist night role requires proven experience and competence in managing the following critical procedures: Tracheostomy Care Ventilation Support Cough Assist Enteral Feeding Oxygen Therapy Medication Administration Core Night Responsibilities: Confidently manage and monitor all essential clinical tasks throughout the night. Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent pressure. Provide necessary personal care and mobility support. Maintain a calm, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for a young client who enjoys spending time with family, pets, and their iPad.
