Supply SEN TA – Wythenshawe:
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking teaching assistants, with experience supporting SEN and SEMH to work with our schools on a day to day, supply basis. This role is part-time and is tailored around your availability.
The Role:
1. Supporting pupils with SEN and complex needs, both 1-1 and in small groups
2. Following school behaviour policies and procedures
3. Working closely with teaching staff and SEN specialists to ensure that the needs of all students are met
Position Details:
4. Location: Wythenshawe
5. Position: Supply TA
6. Type of Work: Temporary, Day to Day Cover
7. Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
8. Minimum Rate of Pay: £ per day, depending on experience
9. Start date: Sept 2025
10. End date: Ongoing, supply
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
11. Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
12. Previous experience supporting SEN/Complex needs in a school or care setting
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
13. Hold Right to Work in the UK
14. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
15. Provide two professional references
