Care Supervisor Care and Support - Aspen Court Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.93 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: Full Time Aspen Court Nursing and Dementia Care Home is a modern, purpose built care home located on the peaceful northern outskirts of Taunton, Somerset. The home provides specialist Nursing, Dementia and Complex Care for up to 42 residents in a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care. Care Supervisor Contract £13.93per hour Full Time Shift Times 08:00AM - 20:00PM Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Care Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high quality, person centred care within a specialist complex care environment supporting individuals with complex physical and mental health needs. Working closely with the nursing and management team, you will help maintain high standards across shifts while supporting a calm, professional and well organised care environment. This is a hands on leadership role where you will guide and support the wider care team, helping ensure residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. You will support with shift coordination, oversee day to day care delivery, monitor resident wellbeing and contribute towards maintaining accurate care documentation and person centred care plans. You will also play an important role in supporting and developing colleagues across the team, promoting best practice and helping create a positive and supportive workplace culture where residents feel respected, valued and cared for at all times. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your experience, communication skills and leadership approach to contribute towards a safe, responsive and clinically focused environment throughout the service.
