An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and committed Girls’ PE Teacher to join a prestigious, high-achieving independent school in Ashford. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in February 2026, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Physical Education and dedicated to inspiring young people to excel.

The Role

As a Girls’ PE Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across KS3–KS5, supporting students to reach their full potential.

* Contribute to the continued success of a well-resourced and high-performing PE department.

* Foster a genuine enthusiasm for sport and physical activity, including involvement in extracurricular programmes and fixtures.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school’s high standards in teaching, learning, and behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be:

* A qualified PE teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)

* Eligible to work in the UK

Salary

Salary will be paid in line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), depending on experience.
