Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions with precision
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
5. Assist with month-end
6. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
7. Assist with bank reconciliations and account management
8. Respond to internal and external financial inquiries promptly
9. Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes
10. Monitor and update accounting systems as required
11. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
12. Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role - preferably with Accounts Payable experience
13. A strong understanding of financial principles and procedures
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
16. Ability to work effectively under time constraints
17. Strong numerical and analytical skills
18. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes
