The Square Tavern is just a couple of minutes walk from Warren St and Euston stations and benefits from having commuter, corporate and local trade.
Situated on Tolmer Square, this modern traditional pub is everything that you would expect from city drinking and dining while the square offers a great outside space for al fresco afternoons and evenings in the summer. This truly is a hive of activity all year round.
This one sits within our Fireside concept, which is all about high-quality food and premium wine, cocktails, cask and craft beer.
Were looking for a Management Partner who can realise the full potential of this majestic pub. Theres a real opportunity for you to enhance the food and drink offer. Youll ensure that the Square is the first choice for local guests business lunches and drinks after work. Youll also be an experienced operator well-versed in running a successful and quality fresh food offer.
Under the right Management Partner, The Square Tavernwill become a city oasis and the first choice for corporate drinkers and locals alike. Youll make it an easy choice for guests looking for a buzzing place to meet their workmates for drinks on the way to the station.
The pub also benefits from an additional business on site. Faim, is a workspace/coffee shop and meeting room during the day, and event space, craft beer/cocktail bar by night. The right management partner will be able to run both businesses effectively and dial up promoted and networking events, parties, wedding receptions etc.
This is a beautiful space which holds 100 standing and circa 70 seated. It also has a private meeting/dining room which seats 10 guests. Were looking for someone with creative ideas to have fun with it.
Daytime guests to Faim will experience us as a luxurious workspace with great barista-made coffee.
The pub and location
The Square Tavernhas an ideal location, as Euston station is currently undergoing major renovations for the HS2 link, which will significantly increase office worker footfall!
The pub benefits from a terrace on Tolmers Square, which seats 40+ covers. The main bar area has seating for 50+ covers with a large interior footprint with plenty of room for standing drinkers. Youll take full advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with a pizza oven.
Are you the host with the most? If so, youll love our event space which seats 70 people. As above, Faim is a beautifully presented workspace with a bar, coffee machine and separate kitchen entrance. This area is also be available for private event hire in the evenings and over the weekend.
There is no manager accommodation however we will offer a live out allowance on top of the management fee.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub its your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
In Management Partnerships, we love pub obsessed Management Companies with an entrepreneurial spirit that can help us lead the industry. We love to engage Management Companies that help us create pub legacies that stand the test of time and become the hub of their community. We get that every pub has its own distinct character, so our Operations Manager will work closely with the Management Company to understand the true identity of the business, we can then help support and amplify this as part of the Management Partnership model.
