Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and optimising multiple websites to improve user experience and conversion rates
* Supporting website migration to a centralised CMS platform
* Delivering and optimising digital lead generation campaigns across web, email, and paid channels
* Collaborating with external agencies to maximise SEO and PPC performance
* Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking
* Managing social media activity for selected brands, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
* Monitoring digital performance and producing insight-driven reports
* Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business objectives
Experience
* .Proven experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on website management
* Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation
* Experience working with SEO and PPC, either directly or via agencies
* Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Ideally experience additionally in the following:
* Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal)
* Knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation techniques
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
* Understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys
Remuneration
* Salary of £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working model (after probation)
