What You'll Be Doing
As the go-to person at our Oxford branch on Sandy Lane, you'll lead a fantastic team, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure the branch stays profitable and runs smoothly. This fast-paced, rewarding role involves working with a team of 20 people, 3 vehicles, full tool hire, and a Benchmarx kitchen crew. You'll be in the action with plenty of customer interaction, keeping everything buzzing and running efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
