HomeServe is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Head of Brand & Content whos ready to get involved and drive real commercial impact across our insurance and subscription business lines. We need an experienced brand leader who thrives in a sales-heavy environment, understands how to turn insight into action, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.
If you're a creative, commercially driven storyteller with a passion for social media, a proven track record in direct response, and the ability to leverage AI tools to elevate content and performance, this is your opportunity to shape a brand with huge reach and even bigger potential.
We work in a hybrid way, with a requirement to travel into our Walsall office at least twice a week to work with the team. Please note that travel to Agencies will also be required occasionally.
This role is accountable for developing and executing a brand strategy and activation, that gives HomeServe a compelling and competitive position in the market. Prioritising a direct response creative approach this role will play a fundamental part in driving the business to achieve its ambitious growth objectives through its insurance and expanding subscription business lines
