Stork is recruiting a HVACR Maintenance Technician to join the team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities
The HVAC maintenance technician will complete planned and corrective maintenance activities on various HVAC equipment, including:
1. Air Handling Units
2. Fire and Gas Dampers
3. Modulating Volume Control Dampers
4. Blast Dampers
5. Chilled water plants
6. DX type AC systems
7. Split AC systems
8. VRF AC systems
9. Heat recovery units
10. Heating systems - Electrical & Low Temperature Hot Water
11. Domestic Hot Water systems
12. Fan Units (Direct Drive & Belt Driven)
13. Steam Humidifiers
14. De-Humidifiers
15. Ventilation system Ducting and Fittings
16. Laboratory equipment
17. Associated HVAC power and control systems
Essential Requirements
* City and Guilds 2079 Level 1 - F GAS and ODS Regulations
* NVQ/SVQ 6188-22 Planned & Reactive Maintenance on Heating & Ventilation Equipment or equivalent or 6187-04 Servicing and Maintaining AC systems
* Relevant Low Voltage Electrical Qualification
* Applicable trade Apprenticeship
Desirable Qualifications
* CompEx Modules 1-4
* SBT-01 Small Bore Tubing
* P601 Local Exhaust Ventilation Examination
* IPAF - Mobile Elevating Platforms
* PASMA - Towers for users
* Asbestos Awareness
* Full clean driving license
