As our Data Analyst within the People Directorate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, onboard, support, and retain our talented teams. You'll be the trusted expert translating workforce data into meaningful insights that help us build a more connected, efficient, and people-first organisation.
From analysing recruitment funnels and onboarding success to understanding workforce churn, contracted hours, absence trends, and engagement levels, your work will guide our People leaders in making smarter, faster decisions. * Experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, or People Analytics, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data clearly and tell a compelling story.
* Strong analytical skills—you're comfortable working with complex datasets, identifying trends, and offering clear, actionable recommendations.
* Confident communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including those without a technical background.
* A collaborative mindset and a team-first approach, with experience contributing to results in hybrid or virtual working environments.

We offer a
hybrid working model
that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
