Job Duties:
1. Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
2. Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
3. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and social skills.
4. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students with SEN.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements.
- Proficiency in assessing and evaluating student progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in SEN support.
- Training in behaviour management techniques.
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.
- Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres.
- Collaborative work environment with students, parents, and educational professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
