Role & Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
* Partner with managers across your allocated business areas to deliver the full employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are consistently applied.
* Coach, support and develop managers to build confidence in leading their teams, managing performance, and applying HR policies effectively.
* Monitor attendance, wellbeing and engagement trends, providing early intervention, recommendations and support where needed.
* Manage and guide managers through disciplinary, grievance and ER casework, ensuring compliance and strong documentation.
* Lead on talent development activities including PDRs, progression pathways, training attendance and succession planning.
* Support organisational design, job description updates and role change communication.
* Maintain accurate people data, utilise HR systems, and identify patterns or areas for improvement.
* Support HR policy reviews, HR/People initiatives, site visits, and ad-hoc People projects across the organisation.
About YOU as the HR Business Partner:
* Strong generalist HR background with proven experience partnering with managers at all levels.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Confident communicator and influencer who builds trust quickly and coaches managers effectively.
* High attention to detail with strong ability to analyse people data and translate it into meaningful insight.
* Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and an interest in continuous improvement.
* Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a genuine passion for supporting people to perform at their best.
* Full UK Drivers licence as site visits nationally are expected
