Customer Service Advisor Loc ation : Mannequin House- Walthamstow Salary : £14.35 per hour with overtime paid at 1.25 x hour rate Hours : Average of 18.5 hours per week (contracted to 975 hours annually pro rata) between 8am to 8pm. Term - Fixed term from 14th July to the 24th August 2025 About Student Roost Student living is about so much more than just a room, it’s about feeling at home. Skills & Qualities A People Person – friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships. Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues. A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment. Tech savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records. Resilient, with the able to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods No prior property experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service. Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet. ​ If you’re passionate about delivering great customer service and want to be part of a team that truly cares, we’d love to hear from you! This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
