How You’ll Do It
1. Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences
2. Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement
3. Delegate tasks
4. Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring
5. Monitor inventory and purchase product
6. Maintain food and labor costs according to budget, with a full understanding of COGS
7. Select and develop recipes to corporate approval
8. Manage standardization of recipes to ensure consistent quality
9. Establish presentation technique and maintain quality standards
10. Plan and cost menus for special events, chef choice menus as directed
11. Ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance and cleanliness
12. Oversee safety and sanitation in the kitchen
What We’re Looking For..
13. Minimum of 5 years in culinary management
14. Proven ability to develop a culinary team
15. Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred
16. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
17. Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
18. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
19. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
20. Ability to stoop and bend
21. Ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods of time
