Location: Old Street, London (Hybrid)
Experience: 2+ year in account management, customer success, or client-facing SaaS role
Salary: £65K OTE (65% base : 35% variable)

The Opportunity
We’re a bootstrapped and profitable membership management platform helping communities, clubs, and organisations run smarter. From payments to member engagement, our platform gives teams everything they need to grow — without the admin headaches.
We’re looking for an Account Manager / Customer Success lead to own and grow our client relationships. You’ll ensure customers get value from our platform, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. This is a chance to shape how we scale customer success and revenue in a growing SaaS business.
What You’ll Do
* Own a portfolio of customers, becoming their trusted advisor
* Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement
* Manage renewals, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
* Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow ARR
* Track account health and metrics, proactively addressing challenges
* Feed insights back to Product and Marketing to improve the platform
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year in account management, customer success, or client-facing SaaS role
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Proactive problem solver, anticipating client needs and delivering solutions
* Comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment
* Experience with CRM tools (we use Pipedrive)
* Bonus: Experience with membership platforms, communities, or B2B SaaS
