HR Business Partner (Interim)
Contract: 2 months initially
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) – Travel required between two key sites
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide strategic HR support and deliver people-focused solutions across critical services.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Community Unit and Service Leads to deliver professional HR advice and solutions.
* Act as a subject matter expert on all HR and people management matters, ensuring best practice across the organisation.
* Lead on recruitment and retention strategies, addressing workforce challenges and supporting workforce planning.
* Drive key HR activities including Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, and staff engagement initiatives.
* Manage workforce issues and major change programmes, including writing consultation papers and reports.
* Support the development and implementation of corporate HR policies and practices.
What We’re Looking For
* CIPD qualified or equivalent (postgraduate diploma/Masters level).
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
* Strong background in performance management and line management.
* Skilled in writing consultation papers and reports.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
