We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as building thousands of new affordable homes every year.We're now seeking a Part Time Legal Counsel to join our in-house Legal Team in Basingstoke, on a Fixed Term Contract until May 2027, working 30 hours per week. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days per week in the office.The roleYou'll be responsible for your own caseload of legal cases as well as working with senior members of the team to partner with the business to resolve more complex legal cases and provide strategic input.Your main focus will be to provide legal support for the strategic asset management of SNG's property portfolio, handling a broad range of property-related legal matters and maintaining accurate legal records.
