Salary - £33,135 - £41,700 per annum plus market supplement of £5000 per annum
Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays.
Location – Ware & Broxbourne Campus – Monday to Friday.

About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational English Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons
* Support and motivate students to achieve their best
* Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
* Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

About You
You will bring:
✔ An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
✔ GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade B or above
✔ Experience teaching GCSE English Language—ideally within FE or HE
✔ The ability to inspire, engage and support young people
✔ A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
