An Higher Education organization is seeking an Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change for an initial 12-month period. The role involves leading a newly created team and HR change initiatives. It is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.

Description
* Lead change activities including HR transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE), harmonization, and overall improvements aligned with ER policies.
* Support managers with change proposals.
* Lead a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE.
* Manage a newly created team.
* Identify opportunities for HR change and process improvements across the organization.
* Monitor and evaluate organizational changes, reviewing effectiveness and mitigating risks.
* Present analysis and recommendations using data.
* Develop and implement HR change management strategies aligned with overall organizational transformation.
* Oversee consultation processes and develop consultation plans.
* Review current HR structures.
* Support managers in coaching their teams through change.
* Lead consultations with trade unions.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure appropriate training is designed and delivered.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in higher education or the public sector is essential.
* Proven track record leading change programs.
* Experience managing teams linearly.

* Duration: 12 months initially
* Salary: Up to £74,000 dependent on experience
* Location: London with hybrid working
