As a Divorce and Family Law Specialist, you will manage your own caseload of complex family and matrimonial law matters. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional seeking flexibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to excel in a supportive environment.
The Candidate
* Divorce and Family Law Specialist Solicitor, 5+ PQE
* Experience working on high-quality, privately funded family law cases for regional, national and international clients
* Experience within divorce proceedings, financial matters upon divorce, private children act cases, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements and family law act applications
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Exceptional technical ability and attention to detail.
* Confidence in managing your own caseload independently.
* A proactive approach to business development is helpful but not essential, as most leads are generated by the firm.
* Tech-savvy and competent with Outlook, Word, and practice management systems.
