Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
* Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, challenges, and solutions.
* Implement project plans using Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource allocation.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes.
* Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities, including changes in scope or design.
Skills
* Proficient in Primavera P6 for project management and scheduling.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Previous supervising experience in the construction industry is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise on-site.
