Job Purpose As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact communications and content that drive demand, brand preference, and customer engagement. Working across global and regional stakeholders, you’ll turn campaign platforms into clear, effective communication plans and oversee the development of high-quality marketing collateral. You’ll also act as the communications lead for key business unit exhibitions, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure compelling, on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Translate campaign platforms into detailed communication plans, including collateral development and activation Collaborate with regional, segment, and digital marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution Act as communications lead for key business unit exhibitions, coordinating creative development and delivery Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets, including sales tools, literature, advertising, digital, and video content Support communications strategy, prioritisation, and budget allocation to maximise return on investment Support the management of the operational agency, including collateral requests, exhibitions, and merchandise activity Actively contribute to a high-performing, collaborative marketing team culture What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box — we’re looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and a strong drive to deliver impactful communications.
